Buildings are formed from galvanized, coated steel sheet, specified against rust and humidity. The sheet is roll-formed from a width of 60.5 cm or 61 cm down to a 30 cm U-shaped profile, 0.55 mm to 1.2 mm thick depending on the required width and use.

The sheet is cold-rolled using hydraulic power, which gives it strength and hardness, then curved into an arch or semicircle, which further increases its cohesion and rigidity. The system carries loads of up to 150 kg per square metre and wind speeds of up to 120 km/h, an endurance not found in any similar metal system.
